Also made a stupid blunder. I didn't realise you couldn't sell incognita programmes. I have Fusion, Parasite, Lockpick, Dagger and Ping (just wanted to try it out). I was hoping to be able to at least swap out Ping for Hunter when I came across it. That wasn't the case. I didn't touch EM ever since.
